Our House in Swarthmore
Our Home is currently for rent. Life changes, things change, we are onto an adventure for a while.
This is a cute compact 3 bedroom ranch house located in the town of Swarthmore, PA. Roughly 1050 square feet on the main level, but includes 3 bedrooms, a full bath, a large living room, and an eat in kitchen, plus a side room that can be used as a den or dining room or mud room.
It also includes a basement. Half of the basement is nicely finished, and the other half is a heater room, workshop, and laundry area.
Outside includes a detached garage and a nice easy maintenance patio and yard.
