  • The "Loft" Units are the top level of the buildings.
  • The Lofts are a 2 story unit. The first level is identical to the non-loft units below them. The additional Loft is huge and includes an additional full bath and storage room.
  • Altogether, you have the 2 bedrooms plus the huge loft. You also have 3 full baths.
  • The pool you see in the photos is our condo association's pool. ONLY Midlake Village has a pool that belongs exclusively to the midlake owners. This is all included in the condo fees with no other charges or memberships.
